By Coach
We have organised transport from Copenhagen Airport to and from the venue on 12 and 14 June respectively.
On 12 June: The coach leaves from the airport at 5pm, arriving at the venue around 6:30pm. The pickup point is outside Terminal 3 - follow the signs for busses and coaches. The livery should say “Besa Bus”.
On 14 June: The coach leaves from the venue at 12pm, arriving at CPH around 1:30pm.
By Plane
Most international guests will arrive at Copenhagen Airport (CPH).
Given the geopolitical situation, we recommend taking out travel insurance. Moving to alternative flights from different carriers might be necessary if cancellations occur.
By Car
For those driving or renting a car, parking is available on-site. Please note that the parking area is a couple of minutes’ walk away from the location.
Accommodation
Glamping Tents
We are organising a group order and have negotiated a discount on glamping tents located on-site. This is the recommended option for most guests. You can find some references here.
- The tents are fitted with premium mattresses and bedding.
- Each tent fits 2-3 people.
- The price is 3300 DKK (1100-1650 DKK per person) for one tent for the whole weekend.
- Please indicate if you would like a tent via the RSVP form.

Rides to and from the venue are bookable via the Uber and Dantaxi apps. Short-term availability, especially later in the night, might be sparse. In this case, a taxi pre-booking can be advised.
